• 사각의 석영챔버(도어부 포함) 로 구성되어 있어 분진에 의한 오염방지
• 실험중 발생되는 부식성 가스로 인한 열선 손실 방지
• 사용후 오염된 챔버내부 클리닝도 손쉽게 가능
• 진공펌프를 이용, 진공상태 도달 후 Gas 투입(무산소 분위기에 최적화)가능
• 석영으로 커버링 된 진공 , 진공해제 , 가스 In/Out 4개의 별도 port 구성
• 정밀가스유량 (MFC) 투입 System 장착 (option)
• 전기로 내부 과압 가스 상태 유지 외부공기유입방지(BPR)System 장착(option)
